Condition and purchase options

A professional inspection has identified mechanical and cosmetic items requiring attention. A detailed yard assessment is available to serious prospective buyers.

There are two purchase options:

At the full asking price of €79,000: My mechanic can carry out the necessary repairs before handover, with the agreed repair work included in the purchase price. Payment is 50% upfront (€39,500) and 50% when the agreed work is complete (€39,500). The repair scope and completion date will be agreed in writing before the deposit is paid.

At an agreed lower price: The boat is sold as is, in her current condition. The buyer pays for and takes the vessel, arranging and paying for any repairs themselves. Repairs by my mechanic are not included at a negotiated price.
